TWYMAN & ALLINGHAM LOOK AHEAD TO CADWELL AFTER UNDER-POWERED THRUXTON SHOWING

EHA Racing’s Ross Twyman and David Allingham posted consistent top ten finishes in the British Supersport Championship at Thruxton, during round seven of this year’s campaign over the weekend. Allingham [7th & 8th] as a genuine title contender, was obviously disappointed not to be closer to the business end of proceedings, whilst Twyman [6th & 7th] remains philosophical after another weekend perfecting the set-up aboard the all-new EHA Racing Yamaha R6. Ross Twyman: "This weekend at Thruxton started on the right note and in Free Practice 2 I ended up in third place. In qualifying I finished P8, but we had a really good set up and in Saturday’s Sprint Race I had the pace to run at the front, but struggled down the back straight and was losing a fair chunk of time. For the feature race today, I had good pace to run at the front, but didn't get a great launch off the line and had to make my way through and ended up seventh. Not a great weekend for results but I'm very happy that we have sorted the new bike and when we get the top end sorted, then I'm sure we will be standing on that box. Massive thanks to the entire EHA Racing team and all of my personal sponsors.” [if !supportLineBreakNewLine] [endif]
