TWYMAN CONSISTENCY OFFERS SCOTTISH BONUS AT KNOCKHILL

Ross Twyman took a brace of sixth placed finishes at Knockhill in the British Supersport class and said afterwards: “It’s two solid points’ scoring finishes. I’d obviously liked to have been closer to the front group this weekend, but it doesn’t seem to be a circuit that offers up memorable trips for us as a team. In saying that, for me it’s a good reply to an inconsistent weekend the last time out at Oulton Park and I’m now up the seventh in the championship table, so that’s a big positive. Thanks to the team as always for a big effort and to the sun for shining at Knockhill despite my arm pump problems.”

Gail Allingham – Team Manager: “Knockhill isn't the most favoured track for our riders, so we are really happy with our results in Scotland. Ross had a good consistent weekend with his two sixth placed finishes. He had big problems with arm pump this weekend so they were hard earned to say the least. It was fantastic to finish on a high with David’s third placed podium. He had to dig deep and rode well to get that finish and holds onto his second place in the championship table. We are now looking forward to our next round at Snetterton in two weeks. Thanks to all our sponsors and supporters that made to trip to Knockhill."
